About a year ago, the idea of datepanties.com was hatched in a discussion amongst friends. After refining the original concept, we have finally launched an online store to meet the needs of those who are fun at heart.

Our mission is simple: to provide the most interesting products and best service to our customers at the lowest prices possible. Our online store is designed to provide you with a safe and secure environment to browse our product catalog.

Made in America (mostly)

We are an American company, and strive to provide products that are MADE IN AMERICA. Our Date Panties® and our Knicker Tickets™ are almost entirely made right here, in America. We are still trying to find quality manufacturers for our Premium Intimates, so these products are imported from Europe. Let us know if you know of any quality lingerie manufacturers here in America, and we will gladly check them out.

As for the products that we manufacture "in-house", our new line of short briefs have a silk-lined crotch and are comfortable and sexy. They will soon be available in various colors and materials, so come back soon to see what else we have to offer.

Our Imports From Europe

Kate Gwaltney, co-owner of Date Panties®, grew up in the shadow of one of the world's largest lingerie manufacturing centers. In a little-known region of northern Europe lies the country of Latvia. While it is now a member of the European Union (EU), it was once a member of the Soviet Union. Under the Soviet central planning regime, certain regions were assigned specific industries. Latvia was tasked with lingerie. The small town of Liepaja, Latvia was the lingerie manufacturing hub for the entire Soviet Union. 

After the collapse of the Soviet Union, many independent lingerie manufacturers began to crop up in Kate's home town. The quality is unsurpassed; however, the price of production has not fallen to the levels of products available from Turkey, Malaysia or China. That stated, we believe American women will pay a little more knowing the product they are buying is of the highest quality.
